A Cluttered Mind

Is there anything in your life that you can’t tolerate another minute? Maybe it’s the clutter in your closet or in your unread emails, an unresolved relationship, or your current job or even your appearance? Or just maybe a general unrest in your spirit that you can not shrug off.

By intolerable, I mean that the mere mention or thought of it causes you to feel enormous frustration, anger or guilt. Or it may show up in physical ailments such as headaches, backaches or even heartache. I know it may sound insane but you, my friend, have just hit the jackpot!

The great news is that the Universe is making it so clear that it is time to do something different that you can’t ignore, deny or deflect from what needs to done. If it wasn’t so painfully obvious, we probably would never shift, alter or modify our behavior. Change is necessary to continue to re-invent yourself, to transform. Yet, we as human beings are oftentimes resistant a lot of change, it’s in our DNA! This will always be a tug in our spirits, that’s just the way it is.

The only purpose of disruption, uneasiness, and clutter is for you to see what is going on externally so you can examine what’s happening internally. If there is clutter in your physical surroundings, there is clutter in your beings. If there is confusion in our intimate relationships, there is confusion in our beings. The trick is not to only make a resolution to clear the clutter in the closet but to make a resolution to clear the clutter in our thoughts and emotions.

What is it that you are holding onto in this very moment that is filling up and cluttering your inner being? Let’s talk about it.
